what kinda injury was it like a stab wound or a muscle tear? i ask because their should be no reason for a injury that is rather old to a muscle to prevent you from using it, espeacially a core muscle since they are used in basically every time you move any part of your body.
try to give us a more specific list of what happens when you do such n such, and blacking out 2 days after doing a ab work out is about 99.99999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 99999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 999999% in no way related to the ab work out two days prior
