Abs

I have an old injury on my abdomen. Means I can't do crunches without blacking out a day or two later. What can I do to "rectify" this? Does it mean no 6-pack for me?

you mean you can't do anything crunch related? what about just holding your body off the ground? would that work for ya? it's a thought.

what kinda injury was it like a stab wound or a muscle tear? i ask because their should be no reason for a injury that is rather old to a muscle to prevent you from using it, espeacially a core muscle since they are used in basically every time you move any part of your body.

try to give us a more specific list of what happens when you do such n such, and blacking out 2 days after doing a ab work out is about 99.99999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 99999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 999999% in no way related to the ab work out two days prior

any way more info is needed for us to make a informed desicion


any way even if you didnt have abs id still let you get rough with me

Well, abs are primarily a product of diet anyways....so you can attain a 6-pack as long as your bf% is low enough.

That being said, I would go see a doctor about the blacking out thing..that's definitely not normal or healthy!
