What's Your Power Breakfast?..
Let's hear some of those power breakfast's guys and girls, I'm always in the mood to hear some new great ideas for breakfast.
For my current power breakfast I am currently eating 1 bowl of Quaker oats with a packet of Splenda and 3 srambled eggs with a little bit of some low sodium turkey mixed in there.
What is your power breakfast?

Then I will have 2 eggs scrambeled on one slice of bread.

I've always loved eggs. Sometimes I eat 6-7 in the morning.
The meal and the ingredients really vary upon how I feel and what I'll be doing for that day. If I have a good cereal in my pantry, I'll definitely eat that over oatmeal, but I haven't purchased many cereals outside of Fruity Pebbles recently. Those are too sweet for me to eat in the morning.
