Elbow Pain

Lately I have been experiencing a pain on the inner side of my left elbow. When I perform dips, tricep press, or skull crushers but not when performing bench press.. It feels almost as if its a nerve being pinched during the extension of my arm. Anyone have any suggestions, or comments as to how I can fix this?

How's the elbow?

I know it's been a while since your post and I just joined this forum... BUT, I have been dealing with bi-lateral tendonosis since July of 06. it started with tendonitis in my right elbow, I got 2 cortisone shots in that elbow and had months of PT...then I ended up taking off 3 months from lifting - well, during that time my LEFT one started hurting (overcompensation...). I saw an ortho surgeon and was getting ready for lateral release surgery when I read about ART (Active Release Treatment). I started seeing a chiropractor in December 07 for these treatments and today I am pain free in both elbows! THe treatments them selves hurt like he!! !!! but do some reading on it and see if there is anyone in your area that can do this.
