From what I understand is that the b-12 is to assist with the metabolism and keeping your body from atacking the "foreign $200 shot" you just got.

As suggested Get the Chest out which will help with your position of your back and butt. It is wise to drop the PM's until everything is ready to move up.. Heavy Shrugs can assist with the shoulder/trap strength.

Thanks for the great stuff!
The shots were only $100 total, lol, not $200 just for the test! lol
Brute Strength is a powerlifter/strong man gym. Would they rip me in two for just bodybuilding? Plus they don't have leg curl, leg extension, or any other machines that are for us pussy bodybuilders. Still it would be fun to lift there.
I think getting stronger can only help. I don't think it has to be either/or necessarily. Sean is telling me though that lifting heavy for its own sake is definitely anti bodybuilding. You are trying to move the weight, not make the muscle pretty.

Yeah, he turned me loose to eat more carbs just to give me a break. He said until my hormone levels are figured out, I was beating my head against a wall.

At least you got to go to the gym. I was contemplating it last night but since I have only gotten a few hours sleep over the past three nights I decided to try to sleep. Did better last night. I think I got 4 hours between the coughing fits.
Let us know how you feel this week with the shot and all. If you notice a difference. If not ask the doc to give you a bigger dose!

Wow.. You should be feeling invincible with all the extra Juice
Boy I had a killer workout yesterday in the yard, I had to dig out the remains of a tree that got broken during a winter storm, the silly thing was about 4 inches in diameter so you figure couple of scoops and done... this thing was rooted half way to China. 10 yards of dirt, 6 digging tools and 45 minutes later, I was out of breath holding the stump in my hand feeling as if I just accomplished a full day at the gym. Spring has sprung

Yardwork, I will be doing a lot of it after April 15th. Can I count it as cardio?
I went to my mom's for dinner and had taco salad and a couple of other things that weren't the best choice. She smokes like a chimney. I guess one or the other of those two excuses is good for why I almost threw up today.
I did legs, and felt really nauseous and had to quit. I tried to do some cardio and it wasn't helping any.
Squats: 12/135 12/185 8/205 8/205
One legged leg press: 20/270 14/360 12/410
SLDL: 10/155 8/155
Cardio: 10 minutes, 125 bpm.

I agree, I felt like crap all day Sunday because I ate so many carbs.
When you do that day after day, I think you get used to feeling like that. But I am not used to it, so it really affected me today.

Hi Mike - great leg workout!
I find that SLDLs make me queasy, even afterwards.

That really is true. I've had to give up eating most everything due to food intolerances. Early on I'd have an occasional cheat. Boy did I pay. Not only in terms of the usual reactions due to the intolerances, but simply to the food itself. Our bodies have had years to adjust to eating bad foods, but just a few months of eating clean can turn it around. It really drives home the point that our bodies really don't want that stuff. We had just been kidding ourselves.

TAX SEASON IS OVER!!!!!!!
I recommited to the diet today, I had about 5 days in a row where I just ate whatever I could find.
Today was back day and I did the following. I could tell that the testosterone shot I got on 4/8 (Tuesday) has worn off!
Pullups (I did 9 last week on my first set): 6 4 4 3 3
Deadlifts: 10/225 6/295 4/315 5/315 4/325
BB Rows: 11/155 8/165 9/165
T Bar rows using v handle, no bar weight counted: 9/150 6/150 7/150
60 minutes on exercise bike, 118 bpm average heart rate.

Good point! I went for a long time with no fried foods... after that, french fries didn't even taste good! And they really didn't sit well on my stomach.
A friend of mine was in Special Forces... he had a good story. He said when they went out on survival training where you could only eat what you caught or gathered for a couple of weeks there was one more lesson at the end. They brought in trucks loaded with candy, cokes, etc. and guys chowed down on it. Then they were PASSING OUT left and right! They had been away from processed foods and sugar long enough that when they ate all that sugar again they just konked out. LOL

Fried food tastes like garbage to me, but for some reason I can still eat fries.

Great work with the pullups and the deads. I remeber when those pullup numbers were not even a consideration for you. Job very well done.

Not too sure how your energy level was like but the workout as a whole is up to par, especially with all the hours you have been working on all of those tax procrastinators, (i can call them that as I did not file until Monday evening)

It seemingly was just the pullups that suffered. Maybe I have put on a few lbs. lol
I love procrastinators, it evens my cash flow and workload a little bit.

Today was my least favorite, chest. I suck at it, and it hurts to boot. Today it even was hurting my left brachialis to do presses...WTF!
Smith machine bench press: 15/70 15/120 8/140 7/140
DB Incline press, 22.5 degrees: 8/55 11/50 8/50
Hi Lo cable flys: 14/60 9/60 10/60
45 minutes on exercise bike, 116 bpm
