i wasn't sure which forum to place this in... I went to a supplement store and asked what fat burner i should get and the guy gav me lipodrene with ephedra in it and told me that it wouldnt show up in a piss test for drug testing. Does anyone know how true this statement is???

are you behind in your conditioning that you need to use something like that?

Most tests are polygraph first, then urine if you win. Depending on the organization.

I'm not very far behind that I know of. I have a lil under 4 wks to go and am a little under 7% bf. Dropped 1% this last week. I aim for 4-5%. It was a last minute decision(last week haha). It will be a tight/strict cut, but hopefully can make it to a sold 4%. As far as I know this show is only urine test for the top 3 and there is no polygraph.
