Chitty's log from fat to fab
Well first off let me start by telling yall a little about myself.
26
6'2"
230
I have had a very unhealthy life that has included more junk than good food. I have smoked weed since I was about 17 on and off. This no doubt has contributed to my unhealthy eating habits. I have never been on any type of lifting program or diet.
I have quit smoking weed and went and joined a gym. Its amazing that when quiting you realize you actually have this extreme amount of natural energy that you can focus towards lifting. Before I was lazy and didn't care to do much. OK so here's what im looking at:
Diet now:
Breakfast: Some kind of breakfast combo from a fast food place with a mt. dew
Snack: Candy bar of some sort and another mt. dew
Lunch: Combo from fast food place another mt. dew
Snack: same as previous snack
Dinner: More fast food than home cooking
After dinner until bed: normally at least 3 sodas and sit in recliner
Workout: NONE
Ok so now that you got your OH MY GOD! out of the way here's my plan.
First I am going to start by simply changing what im eating. Im not going to cut myself down to a rice cake a day and shake or something like that. I know I would fail.
New diet:
Breakfast: 6 egg whites and some turkey bacon
Snack: Protein shake and maybe some nuts
Lunch: Turkey, ham, and cheese sandwich ( or some kind of sandwich not filled with grease )
Snack: Protein shake and some broccoli or some kind of greens
pre-workout :fat-burner and water
post workout :42g protein shake
Dinner : Chicken breast, steak, or fish with side of broccoli and some sugar free jello
Snack: bannana, broccoli, grapefruit, grapes or something of the sort

feel good about myself
Wish me luck!!!

Well I never really counted calories before and today I took a second to check some out. Turns out I was drinking 1000 calories of soda alone everyday!!!! Cutting that out alone should start making a big difference. I also realized my favorite candy bar Snickers charged has 210 calories! The breakfast combo I get every morning has 650 and lunch is about 1000 or more! 2000 or more less calories a day should be good lets see what happens!! Im excited I cant believe ive never checked out calories before.

Just in the last couple days since i cut out all the junk I have noticed a huge improvement in how I feel and how much energy I have. I'm gonna weigh in and take measurements at the beginning of each week. I'm going to start the measurements after another week of letting my body adapt to no junk and soda.
