I'm 138 lbs now (was 160-170 but had stopped lifting), now that I'm bulking again I'm eating 4000-4500+ calories/day, so you need to be eating more.

tru, i wana do atleast one show while im still a teen, it is mad fun tho, getting new supplements is like christmas all over again. but if ur looking for a good product to clean-bulk i have been using anabol-5 by nutrex and so far i have basically stayed at the same weight and just filled out much more and lost bodyfat at the same time

what is it exactly? it sounds like a pro hormone but I'm pretty sure it's not. Yeah I usually don't use supplements besides whey. Even whey my mom complains. I've been getting pimples so she is blaming the whey meanwhile I've been using it for 2 years and it just started recently. I've been taking white flood pretty secretly too. If I told her what it was she would be mad. I'm going to stock up on green mag samples and maybe I'll try it then but I don't really want to use creatine.

i think my brother is doin NPC atlantic states on june 14, before he went away to college he was considering it, the only problem is that isnt an all natty show so even tho hes still gonna be big for a teen he mite hafta juice a bit to stand a chance competing, but if i dont do the show on the 23 ill be looking for one in the late winter or early spring since i wont be doing a sport

how'd he get so lean? and what was he at his highest weight?

what are you doing for the summer? I want a job that I won't be burning too many calories and that lets me eat when I want and not too many hours so I can still go to the gym everyday. I'm thinking Vitamin Shoppe.

yeah npc shows even the teen class is tuff for a natty, there is usualy 1 or 2 teens out of 5 that are natrall and its sad but they look small next to the others but its all about conditioning ifor the teens anyway.

its all about diet, he was eating like 6-8 meals a day rationed out with the right amount of carbs and protein. i have an exact copy of his diet prepping 4 the competition if u want a copy ill bring it to school or the gym tomoro. 4 This summer ill be working at the school again with bobby voight doing the computers but im hoping on also getting a part time job at gnc in broadway mall, the chinese guy who used to own it got kicked out since he didnt do good business and now its a corporate store so they will b hiring this summer, come through next month if u want a job cuz he sed he just hired like 5 workers but he wants more people for the summer and he told me and matt we were basically guaranteed jobs and if we know anyone interested we shud bring them in.

at his highest lean weight he was 220 but as you may know, before competitions u take a week cycle diuretic that expels all ur water so u look shredded. so completely dry he stepped on stage at 206 or so

how do you get the job at the school, how much do they pay, what do you do, how many hours?

maybe I'll try gnc in the mall. I heard you need to be 18. The only thing I don't like about them is I think you make commission so you are forced to sell ****ty products to customers when they don't need them. Also they are such a rip off that even with the 30% discount you get it's still more expensive than buying online.

I might go apply anyway though. That chinese guy was an idiot. he kept trying to sell me cell tech.

206 is still a high competition weight especially for his age. What is he like 5'11?

the school orders a few hundred new computers each summer so all we gotta do is take out the old ones, install the new ones in the HS and the elementaries, and run the programs to get the jericho system on them, and sometimes run network cables in the ceilings for adding computers. not a hard job at all

Can you pretty much eat whenever you want? Only thing that sounds bad is it's probably really hot. I'll look into it.

u know the admin. wing by the door near the front circle, go in there and ask to talk to mark steinberger about it. no promises tho becuz it was just me and bobby 2 yrs ago and this past summer they hired that kid alex rothmeier in ur grade and some retard frank modica in mine, but frank is a moron so hes not coming back and if that kid alex is returning idk how many more ppl theyre gona need this year, if any.

u get one lunchbreak whenever u want, laws require them to give u atleast 30min but u can take an hour if u want, u just hafta write it on ur hours sheet at the end of the day. but we usually do **** by ourselves the whole day and usually almost noone in the building so we f*ck around alot. usually use teachers wkrm for the fridge and micro so ucan basically stop in whenever u want for food even if u supposed to be in a classroom. definitely a really chill job as long as u dont mind the feeling of being in school all year

iight well im gona b out, but if ur not interested in the anabol5 u can alternatively take 5g of arginine and a casein shake before bed, the arginine is a natural amino acid that stimulates growth hormone while u sleep and casein which u may already know is just a slow digesting protein so u get protein while u sleep
