Finally back home!
I will finally be back at my normal gym with all of the normal machines that I use, so my weights for all of my exercises will be consistent again. I am going to be doing shoulders and lats tomorrow, so that's next.

Sick day
I thought that I was going to be able to get back to normal, but my allergies started kicking my ass Thursday evening. I tossed and turned all night, but I still tried to go to the gym Friday morning, but I just got to warm up with some leg extensions and I got in a few sets of leg presses, but I couldn't breath and I was starting to ache, so I called it a day. I hope this **** is over with by Monday.

Weeks off
I am taking the next couple of weeks off. I am getting over a cold and i am also going to be preparing for Iraq, so I will begin workouts when I get over there. I really need these 2 weeks off; its been a brutal last couple of months.

2 Weeks off
Taking the last couple of weeks off has done me a lot of good. My shoulders, elbows, knees, and lower back were all bothering me before hand, and I really think the time off gave them enough rest. Next week, I'm back at it for another couple of weeks until I travel for a few days in the middle of the month.
The only thing I had a problem with during the time off was eating. My appetite was not there, so I only ate 4-5 times a day. I didn't seem to lose any weight, as I'm still at 210, so I must have been eating enough. I'll get another round of pain free golf in this weekend before I destroy my back and hams on Monday. I can't wait to not be able to walk again.

I tryed to get a good workout in on Monday, but I got freakin food poisioning during my workout really bad. I guess it's not good to eat an orange thats a couple of months old before you workout. Anyway, I still got half a decent workout for my back thickness and hams. But, my travel to Iraq got bumped up to the next day, so I have been in the air ever since. It's Friday now, and I should be there by tomorrow, so Monday I will be able to have a normal routine for the next 4 months. I can't wait, being away for the last 3 weeks has me chomping at the bit to throw some iron around!
