The One and Only !
I miss you all!
Time management is a real problem those days!
The good news is that training is going super well and the job as well!
My new Diet is extremely severe.... and I have to pay Eric 20$ every time I cheat!! (works for me!!!)
Speaking of which, you can see him yell MORE and make everyone else yell as well (and an idea of the training here ... yes the jumps are part of the training....)
I'm on stage again in 12 weeks (maybe even 10)
I'll try to come back again this week end!!!
huge kisses to all of you!

Now every one this is my best Friend Julie yelling more AND calling me a whore!
which is also the cute nickname that my trainer has for me
That is true friendship!! HAHHHAHA

Miss you too!
Before I come again and tell you all about the torture, he're a little video of me lifting a lot of weight!
It was my first time with this weight (my record so far) so I missed a few times but it ain't toooo bad!
What do you think?
I'm chubby, I had one too many poutine since the Arnold
If Julie (the one calling me a whore) allows it, I'll post her as well later on

It's hard isn't it? Try to keep the bar closer after the 2nd pull (where you use the traps), use more explosiveness with the traps and calves! Don't let the bar get to your mid section and then power it up.
That's enough now
I did see a great starting position, hips low, back straight. That looked absolutely spot on there!!
....And stop calling it powerlifting lol ...it's olympic weightlifting!

you absolutely right, I have to keep it closer and also a bit higher, I land on the what's-it-called those bones there, when I should be closer to my throat.
I still have trouble with the grip though, soon I'll do them all without missing one!
***edit! and my elbows need to be higher as well!!!!!! (and I have to stop swearing)

Awesome stuff girl!
Ok mister let's make it clear.. YES what you saw is olympic weightlifting!... but as part of a POWERLIFTING training! :P
The jumps I have to do have nothing to do with O style lifting, but yeah, all the cleans and snatch and jerks are olympic weightlifting, so you are right!

Penney!! This is soooo much fun! Actually I never had that much pleasure just working out! I'm looking forward to it, and the fact that Eric is so darn cute makes it even better

Gotcha! Sorry, didn't mean to sound like a "know it all"
So, what we talking about here mate.....mostly low reps from now on? If you get time I'd love to see your routine
You'll probably beat up your clavicles a bit while trying to rack the bar close to the neck, but you'll get it! As far as the grip is concerned, keep stretching the wrist flexors at home from time to time...before long you'll be closing all the fingers fully around the bar in a perfect clean grip!!
Today I broke my record.....
I'm the queen of the Hang snatch, hang clean, Split Jerk @ 135 lbs!!!!!
That's it!
