diet today
meal 1 - had my main carb meal consisted of about a 3/4 cup mashed potatos and 1/4 corn pro-7 carb-40 fat-5
meal 2 - 11 ounces hamburger pattie w/ carrots - pro-60 carb-18 fat-15
meal 3 - 2 scoops of nitro-tech (had some left over) pre workout - pro-50 carb-6 fat-6
meal 4 - post workout shake plus 4 fishoils - pro-44 carb-30 fat-18
meal 5 - alright i had a few slices of pizza didnt go overboard - pro-45 carb-60 fat-20
206 protien 142 carbohydrates fats 64 824=568 576
thats about 2000 carbs gonna do this the next few days then jack carbs up to about 300 for 2 days then drop again to 130 to 150 range for 4 days
work out a little later
