appetite?
I don't know why ,but lately after i work out i don't have an appetite for like 2 hours. It's weird because i usually eat a lot after i work out. I have to basically force myself to down food. Anyone else have this problem?

caffeine is actually an appetite suppressant..
and every time i use something like no xplode or super pump 250 i feel sick for 2 hours after my workouts....i think its just your body coming down off the caffeine and the body high....

Hey, I just started taking No-xplode, and it's really hard on my stomach. jcobra~you said you get like that if you don't eat enough with it. I thought you're supposed to take it on an empty stomach...am I wrong & causing my own misery by doing so?
Any help would be appreciated!

I took no explode for the first time yesteday, about 3 hours after taking it and doing my workout i started to feel a little crook in the guts but not to bad. Today i havnt had that much of a appetite and am experiencing pretty bad soreness/cramps on the right side of body between my ribcage and hip....
Maybe just try to power through it and see if you get your appetite back ? Thats what im going to do.

You've got the adrenaline pumping. It closes down blood flow to the gut, so your bound not to feel hungry. Just relax for a few minutes - adrenaline slows down - increased blood flow to gut ---> hungry.
Not sure why you've only just started having this problem though buddy...
