Where are the natural bodybuilders at?

I am interested in natural bodybuilding and would like to hear from some of you on what made you go natural and how do the industry differ from "normal" competition.

I don't know much about the industry, since I've never entered a contest, but I support and encourage anyone who chooses to go natural.

I lifted weights and took protein shakes when I was in junior high and highschool playing football. I was one of the thinnest centers you'd ever see, but I could always hold my own.

Starting in highschool, I also picked up gymnastics. After 2 years of juggling both sports, I gave up football and focused on my gymnastics. I also gave up the protein shakes and never went to the gym again. I'm natural in the sense that I don't take any steroids or supplements, but I also choose not to lift weights. My entire workout routine is based on using my own bodyweight for resistance, using exercises I learned while doing gymnastics and adding some I learned when I later started studying martial arts.

The reason working out naturally has such an appeal for me is that I know I not only look good, but I'm healthy too.

I just exercise to get stronger. I'm not a professional bodybuilder.

However, I don't eat anything special, I take no supplements and certainly no steroids; I just lift weights or do dynamic tension.

I support anyone greatly who does bodybuilding natural.
