No Xplode works good, but do some research on Glucosamine. Many preworkout formulas have removed it due to health risks, but BSN has not.
I'm not a doctor and I don't play one on TV, but I stopped taking NoX once a did a little research. I'm not saying this product doesn't work, because it does, but form your own opinion on whether or not you want to put this stuff into your body.
There are many other PWO formulas out there that pack the same punch as NOX

My buddy said he gained a solid 10 lbs on his first bottle of NO-Xplode. Did anyone else get these results? I can't see any correlation between weight gain and a PWO formula...

I have used this product for about a year. As for the creatine content i believe its not sufficient. You see how most strict creatine supps have you do a loading phase. If your just looking for a preworkout intensifier and nitric oxide product i believe its one of the best on the market hints why its bodybuilding.com top seller every year. You might want to look for a different creatine product. If your confident with BSN, which i am, i would take CellMass. Hope this helped. Just my opinion.

Yep
This message is going out to everyone interested in the NO Xplode product (I spelled that right didn't I?) It appears that this product does infact give off great pumps and very much does increase energy while working out. However, it appears that it's only good for a short term approach. Like most products, No Xplode loses its effectiveness usually at the end of your supply. You would have to cycle this product for more than 2 weeks after your first container, then you would most likely have to double your dosage once you got back on again. Frankly I just don't think its worth it. This stuff is an intensity booster, and can easily be emulated or duplicated in a much cheaper concoction. You can simply buy L-Arginine independently for a few bucks. And good old fashion caffeine or creatine has never let anyone down.... The best way to get results is to save your money from the latest fads. Change you routines constantly if you want improvements in your physique. Leave NO Explode ALONE. It mostly just increases energy, and that energy boost really does wear out after so many days. If you are not experimenting pumps in your workout without supplementation, then it's obvious that your routine must be changed in a way that throws the body off and adds new intensity to keep muscle growth perpetually occurring. Change the way you do your sets- add more weight and do less reps- change the order of the movements- superset- triset- the list goes on..... Anything is better than throwing money away week after week.
My attempt to help.

i took this stuff in the fall of '07... i got one or two good workouts and had major crashes after from 1 scoop. near the end i was up to 3 because i wasnt feeling anything. i then used MRI blackpowder which was amazing saw way way better results and was a little cheaper then NO explode. balck powder is twice the caffine but i felt it did way more for me... i took 3 tubs of black and recomend that over explode.

the first week i took no explode i did not feel anything, in fact i felt a little weaker, then tried eating about 50 grams of complex carbs about 2 hours before having the no explode and then worked out and got an insane pump. so if it is not working, try eating some complex carbs a while before and then downing it. just a thought.

i had a similar reaction to superpump 250, over time i think your body adjusts to it. most of them say adjust to tolerence level so just start out light at first.
just keep at it.

I loved NO xplode when I was takign it. A little more expensive than some others but when they throw all the free samples in, it's baller.

Everyone bashes this product but from all the NO products i've tried i got the most out of this pump wise, although i built a tolerance quite fast which was a negative.
I remember the second time i took this i overdone things, my heart was racing and my arms looked like they were going to explode during training, it was great though

i have 1 concern though once i finish taking
these supplement will i lose the muscle i gained or drop in size? i understand i
wont have the energy and might drop in strenght because i wont get the ''pump''
no xplode gave me. i will still be working out the exact same and might consider
taking a protein once finshed the two supplements.

Um.... no? I actually use to take animal pump without, thats right without, the caffeine pill, yes thats possible, and it still did wonders for my energy and pumps. Caffeine just makes you hyper, the real science is in the nasty chemicals that expand your veins and capillaries.
Where did you get this theory from? Seriously

I just finished my first bottle. Worked well for me, saw some increased pumps. It seemed as if it helped me work out a little bit harder.

Don't eat too soon after you take the drink, and also drink it on an empty stomach. If you are going to drink a protein shake or something...
I drink
16oz Glass of BSN True Mass in the morning when I wake up.
Then two hours later or more I drink the No Explode.
Tried it before by eating afterward... NOT the best idea. Not at all!

NOxplode was the first pre-workout i ever took. I never had a problem with upset stomach and got the best mental focus and solid energy through out the workout.
No jettery feeling or anything like that. I could drink it easily and never got a bad workout from it. I personal think it lives up to its claim. I have tired others and nothing so far is as good as NOxplode.
You should be able to find some samples at GNC or email BSN. That may help you before you dish out the cash.

No XPlode Vs NO Shotgun
I had used NO Xplode for about a year, then swithced to NO Shotgun. I typically maintain between 12 - 17% bodyfat and am naturaly vascular so my veins are easily visible (and protruding). When I am on either product my vascularity is noticibly enhanced during the time the supplement is active. My energy level during the workout is enhanced with either product but Shotguns is noticibly better. The mental pump with Shotgun is a huge bonusl. I just seem more focused and intense when using Shotgun. Since I do cycle 4 weeks on then 1 week off I can do comparisons betwen the workouts. I up my caffine intake by drinking two large cups of coffee before my workouts the week I am not doing Shotgun. The Shogun workouts are much more productive.
One more note. I work out in the mornings before work, usually around 5:45am, and start sipping Shotgun about 30 minutes before I get to the gym. By the time I hit the floor I am ready, mentally and physically, to train. When not taking Shotgun it takes longer to reach that point. It seems to wake up my body faster then caffeine alone.

NO explode
Hello,
I recently started using NO explode for as a pre-workout supplement and found it effective. I am a moderate coffee drinker, and have experience with the caffeine "buzz". Hence, I was surprised to learn that the main ingredient in NO explode is caffeine, because the buzz I experience with this supplement is entirely different than the buzz from coffee. The feeling I get from NO explode is a tingly sensation, energy, and a general positive outlook on life. So, I decided to do some research and came across this disturbing article: http://www.whiteman.af.mil/news/story.asp?id=123063315. It is written by an army doctor, and states that the supplement contains an ingredient called rutaecarpine, which destroys your liver. I just thought I'd share this information with everyone and make people aware. I myself am having second thoughts of whether to continue using NO explode. I would appreciate long term users of this product to share their experiences.
Thanks,

re:
i have used NO Explode throughout highschool and I loved it then. I started to feel the pumps go down a little bit after a while. I just started taking this new stuff called Plasma Jet and yeah that stuff in my opinion is unreal. Its by gaspri nutrition or something like that and it is fairly affordable

okayy this is just a question,
On the no-xplode dirrections it says mix one cup of no-explode with 8oz of water.
has any one mixxed the cup with redbull instead??
p.s. oh an the new avpt formula says to STIR not shake!
thats why some users have "exploded out there back"
but what i heard it was a ingreddiant that contained vitamins from orange peel

Mixing this with redbull would be just a little stupid since you will be all over the place with energy.
And stirring it instead of shaking is due to the carbonation it gives off, and thats not the reason why people crap after drinking it.(do you crap like that after drinking soda?)

I got a caffeine buzz from it, and absolutely nothing else, no pumps, nothing
I have tried a large cross section of these products and this one is on my "never buy again" list

I'm about to go on this product, I'm also on creatine/whey/NOxplode With a multivitamin *animal packs*
I've heard nothing but good things from my friends who are in the military/on the college level football team. They all love it.
Personally I'm going to become a police officer and Im wanting to gain some weight, but mostly build some Muscle mass.
I guess we'll see how this works. The creatine part im not worried about since I'll be on my own creatine.
