Question Situp Question

I recently started taking Lipo-6 (3/31/08) to help me lose some of that fat that seems to hard to get rid of. Since then I noticed something...

Right after my lifting session (Please see Workout Program in my profile), I usually do about 100-300 situps as part of my After workout Session right before hitting the StairMaster for another 20-40 minutes.

Well since last monday, I feel a funny sensation near the fat located near my love-handles (if that is even the correct term). I do not know if that indicates something bad. I am thinking it is a good thing; thus love-handles are moving out soon.

Do I have it correct? Can anybody prescribe anything to have it not hurt so much?

Yeah try telling us more about it. Is it like the feeling after working out? I sometimes feel like funny on my abdomen after some crunches, or on my hips after sit ups. But it's he normal workout feeling as he next day it will feel sore.

Yes, I can explain more....

Basically, I feel as if all the fat in that area comes and stay in one place; thus coming up (while doing the situps) I feel as if there is something (like a piece of wood) that is blocking me. I tried, but it hurts differently only in that area. I am used to having good pain after a good ab workout, but that is different.

It's like they put a piece of wood in that area and ask me come up as hard as possible on that piece of wood.

Hope that clarifies things.
