Before/After 236lbs - 186
Been liftin bout 3 1/2years on and off, liftin around injurys. dislocated knee, minor pec tear
Before pics, pretty gross now lookin back. Pics were from the end of 2005, current pics are a few days old. Goal is a lean 200lbs by end of yr(10-11%), any guesses on bf? im thinkin 13-14%, still got loose skin tho

Good job. Right now im 260lbs and FAT, i started all this chaos at 280lbs. My goal is the same as yours, 200 lbs and lean. Keep up the good work.

Thanks fellas, I'm 5'11 my goal is to be 185-190 but shredded goin for more an athletic but big look then an overall mass monster.
I train 3on 1 off, cardio I run on a treadmil 20minutes a day everyday regardless. Lift heavy and go ****in hard in the gym. Everyday diet is usually the same and like
30g whey protein isolate, cereal(wheat), 250ml milk
chicken or steak sandwich, wholemeal bread
30g whey protein isolate 250ml milk
40g whey protein isolate, 500ml orange juice or a good 40g simple sugars(post workout)
chicken or steak meal/potatoes and peas
usually cottage cheese or milk before bed if i remember

18yrs old / skinny 135lbs
20yrs old / obese 240lbs, miserable just ate everythin in sight
22yrs old/ current 185lbs lookin alright, I still think I look **** and am hesitant to be seen without a shirt on but yaknow how it is

Bleeding weight now for whatever reason, but seem to be leaning out.. diet hasnt changed a ****load, trainin volume has dropped from 3-4on 1 off to 2on 1 off sittin at 181lbs now.. will psot pics tomorrow

wokeup at 181.5lbs today, how am I doin? What bodyfat do you guys think? My lovehandles are shrinkin, im thinkin Ill keep doin this till I hit 180 and see how I feel/look. Startin to feel a bit small though, but maybe its all in my head.. weights went up, I got the 80s on incline for 8 yesterday. Weak I know but huge for me, was always my goal when I started I used the 10lbers

good job on your progress man... you don't need to ask about your bf everytime you post though lol... give it time and you'll come down to where you want to be. Try increasing the cardio to 30 minutes twice a week and then do your 20 the other days, every little bit extra helps. I had lost a lot of weight too ( see my pics ) and have the lose skin as well. I'm hoping that once I bulk up a bit it will fill out some of that skin.

yeah I sprint now 10minutes twice a day on the treadmil at 15 and just go as long as I can, fats just droppin off now but I dunno ey. Lol yeah I know im just so ****in ****ty that I have no abs to show I still feel chubby
