cardio - 25 mins bike
*I really wanted to do 30 mins but my hip wasn't having any of that*

calories: 1298
fat: 13.1g (9%)
carbs: 149.2g (46%)
protein: 144.8g (45%)

*Ooops I forgot my flaxseed oil, so fats are a little low today.

Basically today I worked, slept, and watched tv. super exciting. I really need to do more work, I'm so behind from surgery and recovery. I did do some laundry, that was good.

Foam rollers......I need one......but I hate them almost as much as I hate fish oil.
But....
...say the oil makes me leaner..and or the roller makes it better.....I am sure I will find new love!

I love naps. I think if left to my own cycle...Id nap off and on and not sleep 8 hrs straight...lol. Not the best, eh?

Um so I went a little diet crazy today.... chocolate, extra oatmeal, some really good low cal chocolate crackers, o and more chocolate.

I worked 9-7, took a nap for 2 hours, and now have been working for the past hour, will prolly work for another hour. The end of the month is deadline time for hours billed.

Needless to say the gym didn't happen. Pain is exhausting. Its okay I went 6 days in a row.

calories: 1874
Fat: 70.4g (34%)
Carbs: 192g (41%)
Protein 121g (26%)

*This includes all my chocolate and my other snacks..... too much fat, too many carbs

Yeah the roller can be very positive. its just so painfull!!! Good attitude though, I will start to think of things like that...

naps are FABULOUS!

The hip is well... improving I guess... still have a long way to go.... I WANT TO SQUAT!!!

Well yeah yesterday wasn't too bad but today.... I stuck with my diet for 3 meals. Then the rest of the day I had 3 subway cookies, 3 four inch subway subs, and about 30 hershey kisses... o and then mcdonalds for dinner. I hate staying at work till 9.

If I keep eating like this I should be fat.... I feel like I deserve time to take care of myself and workout and eat right... It makes me feel good.

I just took 2 weeks off for surgery... I think that counts as most of my vacation for the year.

I'm so tired....

Uh... nope... surgery is NOT the same thing as VACATION!!

I don't know what to suggest! Working until 9 sucks... I think we'd all be a little burnt out after working that much. You DO deserve time to take care of yourself (as you said). I hope you get some more time to do that.

I am sorry you are struggling
No one deserves to be fat......except that gril in third grade who stole your boy friend .

I am like that with sweets too....I wont stop, and then I feel like ****. I avoid them like the plague too.
Cant subway be ok? Mc Donalds has chicken and stuff, no? Or are you just stressed to all bejeezus and just grab and go?

Whatever it is, I hope that you realize you can undo this.....you are a strong (stubborn) lady, (I mean you got through law school ) and this may be a bad moment, week, whatever......but you will be back when you are ready.
I know once I get rolling, I feel good and it gets easier. The same with the neg patterns.

I totally hear ya....and in no way mean to offend you.....

*Well I finished the chocolate today! So its in the macros and now it is gone!!! I also had a serving of graham crackers today and a serving of almonds. Guess it doesn't look too bad despite the fact I stuffed my face all day long.

I was EXHAUSTED all day at work. I got in like 20 mins late, and left at 6pm. i think I was pretty productive even though I just wanted to sleep all day. Tomorrow I have to be in by 8am, so that means I am going to miss therapy. Which sucks cause I this is the first week I could use it in a while.

I'm kind of awake now, but I know I should go to sleep ...

I hope you get to feeling better soon!!

I would personally try to get the pain under control and then focus hard core on the gym...I'd hate to see you hurt yourself even further! I hoep work gets a little less stressful....

I gained another pound last week. I guess that is too be expected considering how much i ate last week and how little i went to the gym.


I am totally okay with my upper body, its a little jiggly but looks okay. My butt/hips/thighs on the other hand are HUGE. HUGE HUGE HUGE. I realize this is due to no leg workouts for the last 6 months. But still!


ok time to work. I also HAVE to get my nails filled today, they look gross. o and workout! Gym doesn't close tonight so no turning off the lights on me

OO also I bought I bunch of workout clothes online.... Can you tell its been a while since I bought clothes??? ... not that I have any money, the doctors took all that.

i love getting my nails done, i need to get them done again soon. Im a nail biter, so i never have nails and need the fake ones. The only problem when i get them done is its hard to do up buttons and open cans cos your scared of breaking them, its funny trying to put your pants on.
Shopping is fun. I tend to get carried away when i do it, so i try not to as much as i can.

ME TOO!!! I basically don't even like to get stuff at maxx and marshalls not on sale. You can get some really cute things there, especially work stuff. Yeah I needed to just be good to myself in a way that didn't involve chocolate.

* I tried to take it easy tonight. I don't want tendonitis. The only thing that was really hard were the leg extensions. Also between the SLDLs yesterday and the work tonight my hamstrings are SUPER SUPER tight. Gonna make PT fun in the morning....

*I woke up at 5:30 and was starving. so ate bfast and went back to sleep. I stuck to my diet very well, just had some ff cool whip... okay maybe a lot of cool whip. O and a few lifesavers. But really for the most part under control.
