Abs 24 hours a day?

Haha, this is a random question.

When you're at 15%bf or lower (whatever point you can see your abs), do you only have abs in the morning when you wake up? do you have them most of your day? or do you have them 24/7?

I'm asking because for example, say you eat a HUGEEE meal. One where your pants stretch out, your button breaks loose, or you need to move up a belt size... Can you still see your abs when you're full? or does it become less visible? If so, how much does it affect your most cut looking body?

When do you guys look the most cut? When is the best time to take a picture of your body? the same time you check your weight?

i can see my abs when ever i look at them, and you should never be eating a huge meal like that, unless you want to lose those abs that you can bearly see

actually if ur full, ur ab lines would be more visible...just dont get full all the time otherwise u get fat

because the blood in your muscles are flowing and warmed up... it makes you look more defined, right?

but I guess the reason why I was asking was because I tend to drink a lot of water... and after drinking like 2 bottles of water AND a protein shake... then eating a post workout meal, it seems like my body is pretty fat (then again I am on a bulk right now).

I guess I'll notice it when I begin cutting hardcore. I really should get down to 10-12% bf. But i'm trying to suck it up during the bulk, I need to get to 170-175 lbs first then cut down to 160-165 lbs.

I agree with the above answer, after a workout, your muscles tend to show better, sometimes after eating and running makes your abs look the best. I know what you're talkin about, after a workout section, I have an 8 pack, but when I wake up, it's back to a 6 pack.
