because the blood in your muscles are flowing and warmed up... it makes you look more defined, right?
but I guess the reason why I was asking was because I tend to drink a lot of water... and after drinking like 2 bottles of water AND a protein shake... then eating a post workout meal, it seems like my body is pretty fat (then again I am on a bulk right now).
I guess I'll notice it when I begin cutting hardcore. I really should get down to 10-12% bf. But i'm trying to suck it up during the bulk, I need to get to 170-175 lbs first then cut down to 160-165 lbs.
