Looks like one of the same compounds in Anabol 5.
[Anabolic activity of some dicyclopentanone derivatives]
Anabolic activity of 1,5-bis(1-carbethoxy-2-oxocyclopentyl-1) pentane in a dose of 1 mg per 100 g of body weight manifests itself in an accelerated growth of the animals, increased weight of m. levator ani and also in a rise of the protein level in the blood and the skeletal muscle. Because of the absence of androgenic properties in the substance under consideration its anabolic coefficient is twice as high by comparison with methylandrostendiol. Following hypophysectomy there could be observed a certain decline in the anabolic activity of 1,5-bis(1-carbethoxy-2-oxocyclopentyl-1)pentane.

Where are the raws being sourced from seeing that it's not available for purchase on any chem site? Is there a reference standard? Are there some synonyms for this substance that I am unaware of?
Does anyone have any clinical and/or scientific data whatsoever to add? Pharmacokinetics? Animal research? Anything?

Dicyclopentanone; Where is the evidence?

I have a friend who takes it and likes it a lot and he's no chump. I think Nutrex is pretty solid myself.

Hey guys i have tried anabol-5. Ive been using it for about 1 and a half weeks. I have seen an increase in strength. My bench has gone up 20 pounds. I went from 225 one rep to 225 3-4 reps and now im benching 245 one rep. It seems as though im getting much more cut but im still gaining slowly at the same time. This product is great for lean muscle gains. I def recommend it. Its my first time using a nutrex product and im very satisfied.

You've done 3 bench workouts in just a week and a half? So it leaned you out and increased your strength in the 1st week? Wow!
BTW, strong post count.

Yes it is possible. I found a new method of lifting that has been working very well with increasing my mass, endurance and increasing my strength at the same time. There A days, B days and C days. An A day would be one exercise 10 reps 10 sets 60 % of you max. A (B) day would be 3 exercises. 5 reps 3 sets 85 % of your max, 12 reps 3 sets 70% of your max, 40 reps 3 sets 40% of your max. A (C) day is a similar workout that is 5 reps 1 set 85% max, 12 reps 1 set 70% max, 40 reps one set 40% max. The (C) day is all of these sets combined into a circuit with no rest. A (A) day takes 1 day for recovery. A (B) day takes 2 days for recovery. A (C) day takes 3 days for recovery. I did not come up with this workout but it has benifited me greatly. So yes it is possible for me to do chest 3 times in 10 days. An update its been two weeks and my lifts are still up. My chest days is tomorrow so ill give you another post and let you know how it goes.
