need help from ab experts
what are the best exercises to build muscle in abs and obliques,weighted and unweighted.oh i dont have any machines,just a bench,barbell and plates..and a couple of dumbells

Make sure to add in some abdominal vacuum holds to keep your stomach and TVAs tight.

My favorites are weighted crunches/sit-ups on a roman chair and while doing pull-ups, holding my legs straight out. The latter is a two-for-one deal, not only does it really work your abs but it also isolates your pull-ups to keep you from swinging and kicking.

defiantly that site has a lot but i personally don't like using weights for any abs just body-weight with high reps
