Nice job. If you do the math, though, your starting BF at 250 was at least 37% - just makes it more impressive IMO.

indeed, it is paying off. it will all be worth it this summer when i can be comfortable in taking my shirt off around others and have nothing to be ashamed of.
I am trying new things this year like deadlift which i have never done before and i am trying to hit it harder on the compound lifts to get the most size possible.

Wow. Well done mate that's such a good transformation.
You've got the potential to be a beast, and so far you've done brilliantly.
Any leg pics? If they're anything like you're upper they'll be good.

wow, you're "before" pics look how I do right now. Gives inspiration to me for sure!
Anyways, I'll probably make a thread today for my "before" pics since I'm gonna try to get back to training (been off for like a month and a half cus my English class takes a lot of time since we gotta do research for every paper)
Anyways, great progress man!

I have one pic from a couple weeks ago. I am at around 10.5% BF according to the measuring system at the gym and my own fat calipers.

1 of the most insporational transformations
especially because you were really a fat basterd,
most fattish only succeed into dropping some fat, but always remaining fat
