cutting diet...advice?
Im trying to cut about 6-8 lbs of fat...right now im 194, 5'11 and about 7-8% bf.
i maintain about 4-5 resistance training days a week, an hour minimum. Before every work out i do 15 mins sprint intervals - 30s sprint with 45 s rests. And i run about 12-15 miles a week at a moderate pace.
My typical daily diet right now:
5:00am - 2/3 cup dry oats, 1 tbsp natty pb, 1 banana, 1/3 cup all bran buds(for fibre), 2 scoops on whey, 1 cup skim milk.
9:00am - PWO - 2 scoops whey, 1/3 cup oats, apple or banana.
12:00pm - 1.5 cups ww pasta or 1 cup wild/basmati rice mixture, 2 servings of meat or fish.
2:00pm - 2 scoops whey, 2 tbsp natty pb, 10 almonds
5:30-6:00pm - eggs or meat or fish(straight lean protein)
8:30-9:00pm - prebed - scoop whey with natty pb or natty pb with cc or 3-4 tbsp natty pb with apple.
what kind of changes should i make in order to begin burning the last lbs of fat on me???
