Gyno?
Well since i was 13 or 14, Ive had some extra fat on my chest and large nipples. I thought it would go away now that Ive developed muscle, and lost almost all my fat, but hasnt. Im 18 now, so im pretty damn sure it wont go away on its own.
Im pretty sure its gyno, anyone else think so?
And how much would an operation cost?

um no cause i can't feel your nipples through the internetz. they just look puffy some people get serious fat deposits in their nipp area and they get puffy. Gyno is actual growth of breast tissue under the nipple which is why we asked if its a lump underneath.

well if it feels like you have rock-like growths under your nipples then im pretty sure its gyno. but then again im not a doctor.
