Good job for your age so I wont say your progress could have been better. Now is the time to kick it up a notch, up your food intake and really throw the weights around in the gym.

lol no workout to be healthy, not to become some freak who flips out on roids and stabs his whole family. I started out at 110 also, hope I can get up to 160 at least end of my 2 year mark as well.

Hey man, it depends on how big you want to get. I'm looking at being around 210 by the end of the year and that's with no juice. Anything past 220 lean or so I'd probably need to start juicing or gain bodyfat. If you want to be around 200 and lean, you can do that naturally. If you want to be a 250 pound beast, you'll need juice for that. Train naturally as hard as you can until you can't get any bigger, and make sure you wait until you're 21 before you start juicing. Until then, your endocrine system is still developing and if you use steroids now, it could **** up your testosterone production for life. Don't mess with that stuff until your body is ready if you want to do it, and read in the steroid section till then if you want to do it right and get max results safely.
