Personally I cannot stand that heavy metal, punk, goth whatever stuff thats just someone screaming..

I agree. I like the instrumentals in metal but the screaming vocals are an ear sore. I rather have a coherent voice so I can understand them.

for workout music I recommend european dance music....
it's ALWAYS the best motivational tool for me...
.....and you don't have to tell anyone at the office if u just listen to it on the mp3 player at the gym  ....

I like rap on the way to the gym to get me in the mood. Then switch to rock while at the gym and just put it on shuffle for cardio.
