I started working out again 3 weeks ago after a 3 month stop.

my current lifts are:
military press 5x75 lbs
rows 5x85 lbs
Squats 5x155 lbs
Deadlift 5x160 lbs

My weight is 132 lbs

goals:
weigh 150 lbs
bench 185 lbs for 5
squat 200+ lbs
deadlift at least 2 times my weight
