like someone else said, ur arms are proportional to your body. dont worry about it so much they will grow with everything else just hit it all once a week and ur good boss.
And if u want some bigger tris and biceps i burn out with this. (end of workout)
BICEP BURNOUT:
line up 15lb dumbells to 35lbs (or whatever u can do) and do 6 reps each arm with 15lbs, 20lbs, etc. all the way up then all the way back down. thats a great burnout to end on.
TRICEP BURNOUT:
VC Dips put like 2-3 45lb plates on ur legs and do 6 reps, have someone take one plate off, 6 reps etc. till ur down to ur bodyweight then go till u fall to the fu**ing ground.
hope this helps

That isnt something you want to do at the end of every workout. Maybe once a month.

well the muscle groups go togethre, like back and bi's, chest and tri's... i usually go to the gym for like 45 mins, and do the split with legs 1 day because I have decent legs and need bigger upper body so I am focusing on chest and bis and shoulders and all of that..

Theres no reason for a workout to be over 45 minutes.. at some point more sets doesn't equal more gains.

For me, when I do a heavy back workout(consisting of a lot of pulling exercises like seated rows, lat pull downs(3 sets wide, 3 sets reverse close grip), one arm dumbbell rows) I feel it in my biceps and forearms almost as much as when I do an actual arm workout.
So work your whole damn upper body, don't just go for arms.
And if you want bigger forearms get some COC grippers, they worked great for me, I started with a 1.5, but judging by your picture you may want to go with < 1 to start.
