Here is what I did today:
Push-ups to failure - 35, 15, 12
Crunches - 34, 33, 33
Pull-ups to failure (with assist - 70lbs) - 10, 10, 8
Dips to failure (with assist - 70lbs) - 10, 10, 10
Concentration Curls - 3 sets of 8 - 17.5 lbs (down from 22.5)
Tricep Curls - 3 sets of 8 - 17.5lbs (down from 22.5)
Butterfly - 3 sets of 10 - 85lbs
Reverse Butterfly - 3 sets of 10 - 70lbs
16 additional crunches on med ball
