Can someone make me a lifting program?
I don't have a lot of experience making lifting programs, and I don't have alot of time to learn the stuff to make a good one for my body. I am a small man, I now weigh 115lbs. The most I've ever weighed was 120 lbs. I want to get to at least 145, 146 lbs. I can only really weight lift casually anymore as I have become very busy. Can someone make me a good starting program? I only have a bench, a standard bar, a butterfly bar, two dumbbells and various weights. Sorry if I'm being a bother lol.
