"Gas"pari Superpump 250 review
Got a sample and tried it today. Got up this morning went to the bathroom, drank the whole sample pack (should have started with half), noticed pronounced gastro upset. As soon as I hit the gym went straight to the bathroom, BOOM, explosive gas.
I think eating something small with this stuff may help. Had a naseous feeling all through my workout, but did feel strong and pumped, which could be this or the other stuff Im taking. I did take Superpump 250 with 3g's of AKG that probably wasnt the best idea.
All in all I would say this product has merit, however, I would prefer it without caffiene, I imagine that is what is causing the stomach issue (and you have no idea how much caffiene is in it because it is a proprietary blend) and I would start with 1 scoop to assess tolerance.

Could be although I havent had any trouble with just 3g's of AKG. I think the caffiene may have something to do with it, but who knows. All in all I think this stuff has potential, just be careful, they dont call it Superdump for nothin. LOL.

Just an update, it has been 5 hours since I took this stuff, and my stomach is still not 100%. Potent powder.

High caffeine among other chemicals. Lots of gas feedback and ****ting from pre-workout drinks with large amounts of stimulants. Just a natural thing for some people, it gets you 'running'
Take a smaller amount and with food, and it wont happen as bad.

I work at the Vitamin Shoppe and we've had so many returns on this stuff because of "explosive diarhea"

NO-Xplode, SuperPump 250, Shock Therapy. All gave me issues. On the rare days they didn't I would have great workouts but its counter-productive when you don't know if you'll spend your time on the toilet or actually lifting....

Just naseous. Like seasick. I must say in Gaspari's defense I tried 3degree burn and that stuff was good. Nice and smooth for a stim.

It just takes a couple weeks for your body to get used to the new chemicals you are putting into it. In order for the product to work, it has to get past your stomach (which is a hard task for the supplements) to the muscles, ...so start with small doses until you build up a tolerance which is only a couple weeks, then after that start taking full doses and you will have the best workouts of your life

I would try it again, just half dose it with a small amount of food. I have tried San's V12 and it gave me a great chest workout, although it is hard to judge accurately a one dose sample.

I have not tryed Superpump but it seems like if you could get past the bathroom explosion then it would work pretty good.

I have used it for three days.
It did not give me any problem, actually it gave me a lot of energy.
The first time I used only one scoop and I eat two slice of brown bread 10 min before.
Now I use two scoops but I plan to use three in a couple of days
(I am 220lbs)

I just tried SuperPump on an "empty" stomach and it's night and day from yesterday's effects...I actually feel energy...I feel like working out even though it's my off day...I'd say it's been about 20 minutes and no stomach issues "yet"...I guess it just depends on the individual...
Yesterday I had a small protein drink...Then 20 minutes later took a serving of SP250 with 1 Vivarin...I honestly felt nothing...I was debating whether to return it...I didn't have any stomach issues though...
Does anyone else feel it works better on an empty stomach? I'm feeling "slightly" euphoric...

When I originally started this thread, it was the original formula Superpump. They have since changed it. I agree that Gaspari is a great company, dont really see the point of pump products however. Maybe before a show or something.

Has anyone tried Superpump under the new formula? I loved the old stuff, even the huge crap I had to take after drinking it because the workouts were always awesome after.

within 90 mins. of taking 1 1/2 scoops (1 scoop didn't do ****, no pun intended) my rectal opening unleashes a veritable poo-opera with a slew of altos, sopranos, and basses that all crescendo at just the right moment.
the instrumentation leaves something to be desired, but, by the power of grayskull if the vocals aren't just sublime...
better in-gym rush with white flood... if only the effects didn't wane so quickly.
i'm leaving a third of the superpump canister untouched and moving along to a different matinee.

I take it about an hour after a meal of usually half carbs/half protein. Usually some oats and 4oz of grilled chicken.
Hit the gym about 45 minutes after taking it and I never have problems. At first I was taking it on an empty stomach it was bad.

i just bought a jug earlier this month and that magnesium level seems pretty high... hope that's not the "lower" amount, i'd hate to see what the higher one was.
