Girls with big ass, how do you lose it?
Ok now i heard you can't reduce bodyfat from 1 bodypart alone.... the question is how do you lose your fat butt without becoming a totally skinny rake?

Squats build muscle in the glutes - they are excellent for giving and maintaining shape while dropping bodyfat.

so i guess basically the idea is to lose as much bodyfat while building the glutes? theres nothing worse than a pretty girl with a big butt.....
