Yeah, go pick up some balls...definitely will help you out there.
You need confidence...you have height which is good, probably more important that overall physique.
Anyway, just get a complete weight training/cardio program, eat clean foods 4-5 times per day and give it time. You'll be just fine. If you have any questions then hit me up with a message, I'd be happy to help you out in anyway that I can.
