Yes, it's another newbie question
OK, I work out 6 days a week and eat very clean. I am getting great results from that alone. I take a multivitamin everyday and drink a post-workout protein shake (Herbalife, it has soy and whey prorein). That's all. So my question is: What would be a good fatburner or supplements for me to take starting out? I eventually want to start doing fitness competitions but have alot of work to do. I checked the forums but couldn't find the specific answer to this question. Thanks!

In my opinion you should save the fat burners for down the road when you hit a plateau. Adjust your diet and training first, when you hit a point where you are not losing anymore then you may want to consider adding a fat burner to help kick things into gear again.

If you're getting results then obviously theres no need for added supplements.
