Sup Peoples... Worked out shoulders, traps, and triceps today... N.O. Explode WAS added to my supplement intake today for the first time in a long while, and I could DEFFINITELY notice the difference... Pump was like WHOA x3..... If I was wearin' a turtle neck shirt, my traps woulda been poppin outta the top of it... CRAZY PUMP!.... And I was standin' fairly wide too after a coupple sets of latteral raises with 30lb DB's.... Shoulders filled out nicely off that... Here are a coupple pics I just took.. Tomorow is Back Day... and im gonna hit up Bi's again too... I should be able to post more pics tomorrow as well... Aight fellas, peace and be safe... And as always, I will keep you updated....

Back after a well needed vacation... all I pretty much did was lift, eat, and sleep... tried to stay fairly light on the cardio... Today I am doing chest and back... will post some updated pics tonight, also I want to weigh my self again tomorow before I head to work.. If I can remember... My arms feel really nice... Fuller and fuller with each passing day... I feel extra nice in my workouts now with the N.O. Explode added.... In any event i'll get back with you all a little later... Peace, and Be safe....

Ok .... Here goes ... Late again with this, so again I apologize.... Making this quick and to the point... Abs are really developing nicely... I'm going to begin emphasizing on the Oblique area a little more so I can have that, "all around", tight mid section.... Weight is up!!! Scale reads 185.8!!! Movin on up and stayin lean.... tryin to hit it really hard and gain like 5 more SOLID pounds of muscle... I have more and more energy with every workout... Arms are up too! To 15 3/4 inches.... So far this product stack is working very well with the N.O Explode. Muscles feel full, dense, and hard all the time now.. Here are some updated progress pics as of this morning. I will be updating this post again soon, not exactly sure when though.... maybe next Mon, Tues, or Wed...lol... like I said above, my abs are comming out really nice.. now I'm not sure if the actual muscle size is getting larger OR if I'm loosing some body fat around that area OR if it's a combination of both....In any event I'm liking the results... hopefully I can gain another pound or two by the end of this month... I would be content with that....... ok... check out the pics and i'll get back with you later.. LIGHT WEIGHT!!!!!

I am really liking this product... feels good when you work out and energy stays consistent all the way through... you sweat more during your workouts because you can lift harder and your workouts are more intense... Hunger sets in... muscles get swole.... it's all good.... leg day for me(Tuesday) was nothin' short of insane.. I USUALLY do working weights up to 225, and then do THAT for 2 good sets of 10... Well, Not THIS leg day... It was, LIGHT WEIGHT BABY!!! Nothin' but a peanut!....... I had my lifting partner put another plate on each side after we did about 3 working sets, and I put up 315 for 2 more sets of 12! Haven't even TRIED anywhere NEAR that weight since highschool and even then, 305 was my 1rep max(serious Struggle)! The scary thing is that I could have went even heavier that day, but we had more lifts to do yet so I figured not to kill my self on the squat rack, and save some for presses and my other leg lifts.... and incase any one is wondering, these are, straight up, free weight barbell squats I'm talkin about here, NOT Smith Machine squats... In any event, Strength is definitely up... I got about another 2 weeks on this product yet to finish out this review.... So far I'm Lovin' it.. Tonight is chest and back, and probably some tri's.... I am gonna try REALLY hard to put up some pics tonight, post workout... Ok peoples... I'll get back with you later... Peace, Be safe, and LIGHT WEIGHT BABY!

Ok folks.... this post will conclude this Sup, log... My current weight is probably 191 or better.. I say that, because I just weighed myself, but this was immideately following some intense cardio... the scale read 189.0lbs... so I KNOW that I will weigh more once my normal water stores are replenished in my body.. Though I am through with this log, I will still continue to use this product for about another month yet.... I plan to try out a new supplement soon so Look for more Sup logs from me in the near future.. Overall, I am satisfied with this product... Though my muscle gains weren't HUGE, I DID gain... Especially moreso towards the end of this log .. and I am STILL gaining..... It helped me to maintain a lean physique while carbin' up heavy.... I started out 183lbs , so a 7lb(lean) gain thus far aint bad at all... I would Reccomend this product to any one looking to add a lil' pump to their workout regime while cutting and/or staying lean...Because the Pump IS Quite Nice I must say, AND even more with the N.O. Explode added in.... .In any event, here are some wrap up pics... Thanks to all who stoped by and commented... I appreciate that alot.... Lata peeps... -Q

Trying out AP, Prime and Powerfull
Well I have worked out here and there since I was in high school but never really putting to much effort into it. I am ready to buckle down and am trying to get more information on how to properly use these products.
I used prime for about a month and felt a big difference in how fast I got stronger. My question is about the AP. I noticed a few of these post talking about massive carb intake. How does this work? Do i need to eat all these carbs for it to work, or just to not lose weight?
Any other suggestions about the other two products would be VERY helpful too.
Thanks,
