Why do we have to put anything on it? Realestate is an investment. Say we all put 100 in and the real estate market comes back up, the island's value will grow and so will our return if/when we sell it for much more than we bought it. Or we can just make sure there is a beach and charge for private beach access and tent camping. Then we really don't have to spend much at all.

let's see how much money we can make from doing that alone... i mean we got atleast 300 people willing to contribute to the island if each one of us clicked on each ad atleast 3-5x per day that's atleast some extra cash, haha.
