x2, how is that a world record when he was benching off of a plate? couldn't really tell if he locked out or not from the video angle though, but you could tell the bar came up a lot when the spotter grabbed it. maybe the guy just has short arms

it was a demo... he was doing a workout there. when working with a shirt you rarely go to chest until a few weeks before comp, whih even then you still dont do a ton
