You should have stood their and looked at her ass as she squatted. Following her ass with your face and when she turns around say your form is off a little.

Yeah..like I said earlier...sometimes it gets to the point where it's creepy. Like I see you looking at me through the mirror!!...We all look around, but when it get's to the point where it's repititious then I put my doggers on and stare at them back..they usually get the point.

Any 'alpha behavior' that some people, usually 20 something guys who don't look like they work out, feel the need to display when threatened.
I have the hat down and headphones on, but still sometimes notice the bizzare things some people do when they walk by the rack.. spitting on the floor, 'douche drumming' on their chests, pulling up their shirts to show their non-existant abs, suddenly bursting into song, coming over to take a plate from the rack when there's three weight trees just next to them.... or sometimes actually having the balls to tell me a 'when I was in High School/College/before I got hurt' story, or one time actually stealing the clips off the bar.
All ways of letting me know that they could lift that 700lb bar if they chose to.

Two words:
Unsolicited advice
And why does it ALWAYS come from A: Mr. Just got off the Auschwitz Diet or B: I'm a man yet look 9 months pregnant?
If I was to do something really, really wrong....call me on it! I don't want to hurt myself or anyone else, or break equipment. I've been training for 14 years so this would be quite rare, but anyone can make mistakes....but boosting your own ego/ self-esteem by giving me "pointers?" Uh-uh...

YES! I always get that too! I used to do this, that, flew to the moon etc...
So, why are you in TERRIBLE shape now? Unless it was a catastrophic injury, you can always do something else to at least keep in shape, even if you won't be Mr. O.

wat i really hate whenever i try to work out in the gym are people who doesnt like the hot and sweaty feeling and those who doesnt have any considerations to others.
due to time constraints, i dont have enough time to go to fitness gyms so i juz use the one in our condo even though the equipment there is not that complete i juz improvise. and wen i am already alone inside the gym, i always turn off the 2 aircons coz its really fu**ing cold inside. then the incident happened. one night wen i was left all alone inside the gym, a local guy came in. he immediately grab hold of the remote for the aircon and switched the one that blows right straight to me and didnt even bother to open the one that blows straight to wer he is since he likes it cold. it really annoyed me to the point of asking a guy for a fist fight because wen he stepped inside the gym, since i was already half way through my work out, i was already sweaty and body temp has already increased (u know wat im sayin?). so i asked him very nicely if its ok with him to juz switch on the one that is near wer he does his cardio and juz switch off the one near me. he said yes and then acted immediately. so as i was finishing my last chest set, i happen to see him starring at me through the corner of his eyes. at 1st i didnt really paid enought attention. after a few tricep sets, i still notice him starring at me and shaking his head. at 1st i juz thought maybe i was doin something wrong with the way i lift the weights. so i carefully observe the way i did the next set. the form is ok. the weight is ok and he is still starring and giving me a bad look. so i starred back at him. but to no avail. the guy juz keeps on starring so i got pissed off right away and asked him wat the f*ck is his problem he juz turned his head and pretended not to here anything. after that, he didnt bother to stare anymore. hehehe =)

..I just laugh my ass off when this kind of stuff happens..specially when it's from a gym "membership manager" at 24 hr..not even a "personal trainer"..and for the record..this gym manager came up to me and said that I could add 50 more lb's to my chest press if I wanted to..lol..if I wanted to, I WOULD!! Right?!?!..Some people just don't get it..but I always am nice about it and laugh afterwards.

Some guy was talking on his cell phone while doing situps earlier today in the gym. I literally LOL'd.
I generally don't mind what others are doing. I don't like it when peeps stare but if somebody wants stare, go right ahead.

It's hard to lower the weights to the ground without dropping them. What are you supposed to do after going to near failure, and now you're on your back with 180 lbs. in your hands?
You lower them as far as you can without injuring yourself, then drop them the rest of the way.
And the dbs at my gym don't bend or break. They're covered in rubber, and there's a thick rubber mat on the floor.

I hate my trainer. And I hate when I step in the gym and see that it'll be a ****ing battle at every machine and dumbell there is, since there are queues of 'spring ducks' wanting to look jacked for the summer in 3 months.

I mean the gym trainer in general (not my personal). I don't even speak to him and ofcourse I never ask for any advices.

i hate it when someone is doing way more weight then they realy can and the spotter is practicaly deadlifting the weight up and then they get up like they r big and strong thinking they lifted it themselves.
hate it when people ask me how many sets i got left on a machine and stand there and watch me till im done
i hate the naked old guys in the locker room
i hate it when i see a new kid whos been working out for two weeks and walks around like hes jacked
i hate it when all three squat racks r takeing and in one of them theres some ass doing curls in them
i hate it when i see people using bad form
i hate it when people yell at the top of their lungs while working out
i hate it when i see fat guys walking around in wife beaters
and i can go on forever

i got a new one: roidheads who are HUGE but are curling 95 lbs making it look hard INSIDE THE SQUAT RACK who then come over and tell "you're getting there". i wanted to tell the guy i'd rather look like i do and be as strong as i am than look like an ugly kurt angle in his prime and be curling 95. what i did say was yah some of us have to work for it. he only did it like 8 times too thats the disgusting part i do that weight on my first set 10-12 times. i can understand that some people do steroids and they do it right and they train right but this was a dude who was clearly taking drugs so that he didnt have to work so hard. I've never seen him in the gym for more than 20 minutes, and i heard him telling some 20 year old kid to do roids because you dont have to diet you can "eat burger king, dunkin donuts,..." and get bigger. i heard him saying that and i got so pissed but i just use it as motivation. some dickheads really ruin it for those of us who really sweat it out 1-2 hours a day religiously.
