Hello people.

Gosh alvinali6, your daughter on your avy is so adorable!

Has anyone here tried ON Pro-Complex?



It's said that it has 55g of protein per serving.

So as usual I take 2 scoops of powder for my pre-workout shake.

But for some reason, as I swallow the shake, I feel like puking. The more I swallow it, the more nauseous I feel. Is it because the protein level is too high? Usually I take 2 scoops of ON 100% Whey which is only 24g of protein per scoop.

My dad got it from GNC because that bottle is almost reaching its expiry date so GNC gave him a 50% discount of that bottle of ON Pro-Complex Chocolate and he bought it for half of the price.

yah from time to time i go to brea but 2 out of 4 times i go there at night i get pulled over by cops....

I just use 1 scoop (24grams protein) in about 8oz of water when I drink my whey. You serious, you take two scoops for one serving? Maybe stuff is old due to expiration date or your drinking too much in one serving.

Shoulder injuries suck big time. Took me awhile to recover my rc on left delt. It sucked because I was in a roll with training. Live and learn.

What show is that? I am exhausted too even though yesterday was rest day as well as today. You training today? You should check out "puffie's" site and video of him doing insane squats and dragon flags. Kid is strong and jacked up.

Is just a local show bbing show. Not thing big like the Arnold or Olympia. I am still if I should train or not today. I been having so lack of sleep during week days.

I was so drain last night that I tried the free sample of superpump250 that I got at the IronMan and still didn't helped me. lol My mind was awake but my body just wasn't having it. So I ended up doing light-moderate rate with lots of sets and now I am feeling it.

I saw puffie's video. He has strong legs and great forum when he is doing squats. I wish I can squat as much as he could. Damn bad knees and lower back. It sucks once you hurt it and it doesn't recover 100%.

Lack of sleep will do that to you. Make sure to catch up on some more zzzz's. I think you need to have saturated your body first with superpump250 by taking it day before to probably work. I am trying to be well rested for war on my split chest(a.m.)/arms-delts(p.m.) tomorrow.

I have to bring my legs up to par with my upper body and my legs aren't that great either so welcome to the club. One thing I need to do more is stretching which helps alot with the lower body. You just need to progressively load that bar up in slow increments and eventually you will get there.

That is my biggest problem is lack of sleep. I think I may take today off to let my body rest up a bit more then hit it hard tomorrow.

I don't know how you can do split day with weight lifting. I won't be able to do that. lol Yeah I find stretching really helps too. I wish I was more flexible as before.

I train it every Thursday after doing all the other bp's. I should train it first like tomorrow but then I would be so depleted for the rest of the week. I think I am around where you are at 265 after going light again and starting from scratch. Was doing over 315lbs before feeling burned out and overtraining a couple of months ago.

Did you ever try knee wraps for extra support? That's what people used with knee problems. Some even use both a knee wrap and knee brace and are able to use heavier wts (with wt. belt of course) than before. Just my 2 cents. My legs are defined I just need more meat on them...

I am thinking about doing legs today soon now that we are talking about it and got me pump up. lol

I have used them when going real heavy in the past. It adds alot of support as alot of the pro's swear by them too like videos of Warren Branch etc.

You taking Glucosomine for joints?

Finally, body wt. is moving up now from 203lbs to 208-210lbs. Hoping it's mostly muscle...

Last night was the first time I was using it because of all the good rating. But my body was so drain that it didn't do anything for me. My mind was focus tho but just couldn't lift any thing heavy. Plus I didn't really like the taste of it. NoXplode tastes much better.

I will give it a shot again when my cutting gets better. No I am not taking Glucosomine. Does it really help your joints? I m not sure if the multi has that in it. Do you recommend getting it seperately?

Congrad on the weight gain bro! How much do you want to weight? You been lifting hard so I am sure it is all muscle mass.

I m still feeling tire. Going to take a nap now before heading to the show. Most likely will take the rest of the day off too.

Alot of people swear by it as well as my s.o. (Glucosomine). Yes, taken separately. Listen to your body and train harder tomorrow--sounds like a better plan.

ahhhh the curse of being asian. My mom and dad are such good cooks. But damn that asian cuisine, not quite the best food for bodybuilding purposes. All them carbs, bad fats and sodium. I just ate a huuuuuuuuge load of the best sugarcoated pork bites (I don't kno what you would call it, but it's something like that i think) and i feeeel soooo smooth and fat rigth now. But ahh you gotta let yourself enjoy that stuff once in a while or else you'll go mad, choking on another boiled chicken breast.

I love asian foods too. I m having a hard time staying away from Asian and Mexican foods. So damn good but too damn fatting. lol
