no leg curl/leg extension machine but need leg workout

need a leg routine that punishes the leg routine without a leg curl/extension machine. Also no dedicated calf machine.

Squats.

If anything, walking barbell lunges will blast your legs. Even holding DB's while lunging is beneficial.

Box Jumps
Standing Squats
Lunges
Etc.

In fact, all those exercises listed, imo, should be the primary: they are compound. The leg extension and curls being secondary. Always think compound.

who the hell needs the machineys!!! there aint no machines back in the bible days, nature dont have no leg extensors who the hell needs em

in other words, if those moves were uniqule like that you wouldn't have th emuscle.

leg extension = all four heads of the quads, vastus longdus, intermidius and medialus and rectus femorius all get worked out whenever you make that acute angle between your shin and thigh into an obtuse angle. SQUATS ARE THE MOTHER ****ING WAY, **** THE LEG EXTENSORS YOU DONT NEED THAT ****. dont ever think about no damn machine again, just squats, front squats, hack squats, zercher squats, bulgarian squats, lunges, pistols, etc etc.

hams hams hams. leg curl = hams. let me tell you about the hams. they have 4 heads. semimembranosus, semitenonsosus, bicep femoris shorthead and bicep femoris long head. ALL but the short head get worked whenever you extend your hips, any GHR or glute ham raise is better then what some dumbass machine will do for you. SLDLs, romanians, full on deadlifts, sumos, those ghetto GHRs that vikingman put together, any compound move that teams your ass up with your hams. oh and if you aint a bodybuilder, your hams will do just fine so long as you do a full on atg squat, they do work eccentrics

ps drunk
