Navy ET Chief. Not so much a "bodybuilder" as "old guy trying to keep up with junior Marines" 
(It's a long story from joint duty, but I still train with those guys whenever our schedules line up).
Currently in the DC area, but most of my work is with submarines on the west coast.

Just finally got back to hitting the gym hard
Navy ROTC here, just got back into the gym, trying to train for a bodybuilding comp in upcoming years if I can get there any one have any good work outs for increasing arms and legs
