Fat Burner for women
Hi,
My girlfriend is currently looking for a good and healthy fat burner. I know there a are plenty of women on this site that can help out. She was looking at ThermoLean by Shocker Nutrition but I wasn't sure if it was good for women or if it was even good at all. If anyone can help out and throw something out there that might help us that would be great.
Thank you.

Anyone have some real advice that doesn't promote for a company? Maybe someone who has used a good sup and got great results?
Thanks.

I was thinking of trying Syntrax Fyre. It is pretty natural and doesnt contain ephedra like stimulants.
A popular one that alot of people seem to use, so it is probably good as well is Lipo6.
I personally have never used a fat burner so Im not the best to give advice on that. Ive only started looking into them myself

She is about 5'4 and weighs around 135. She wants to get down to around 125. She is an excellent dieter and works very hard when it comes to working out. She doesn't lift much but mostly does cardio. Does that help?
Thanks.

encourage her to lift more, it will make a big difference in fat loss and make such fat losses more sustainable (more muscle=higher resting metabolic rate).
as far as stimulant based fat burners
Pure EC
Thermorexin (cardio breeze if using for empty stomach morning cardio)
non stim
Water- hydration is key to fat loss, good energy/preformance levels and metabolism
Fish oil (enteric coated, usually 4-6 caps- reccomend kirkland from costco its meg-3 as well)
Alcar (1-2 grams)
Green tea (min 40% egcg- 800-1200mg/day)
Sesathin/sesapure (dosage varies)
R-lipoic (if carbs are an issue- reccomend glucorell or AOR)
Problem areas:
estrogenic fat issues
topical yohimbine (reccomend yohimburn ES)

Syntrax Fyre contains yohimbe which is just as strong of a stimulant as ephedrine. Do some reading on yohimbe before you consider taking it. I personally wouldn't suggest it over ephedrine, and would not say it is safer in any way.

Weightlifting makes a huge difference. 2-3x/week full body training done in a circuit would be a good place to start.

oral yohimbine does present issues, especially at higher doses, and definitely should not be stacked with ephedrine. That being said, low doses are usually not an issue, unless you are anxiety prone. Though I dont think fyre is a particularly good product.
I totally agree on the benefit of adding weight training.

I have just started researching yohimbe. I was not aware of that though. Ill definitely have to look more into it. Most of what Ive read says it has antioxidant properties, increases blood flow, increases libido, and decreases fat synthesis by increasing fatty acid mobilization.
I honestly wasnt sure if I was even interested in starting a fat burner. Ive never used one. But Im competing OCB and you cannot use ephedra/ephedrine products, so I knew those were out. Ive also read alot about how much people like Fyre so it was just a consideration. Any other suggestions?

I liked Prolab's Thermo Fire and Man Scorch. But check up closely on the federations rules.
Here's a monograph on yohimbe

Thermofire has synephrine. But looking at the drug banned list. It only says Ephedrine, Ephedra, and Ma Huang. So I think that one is ok. I know cold medicines that contain pseudoephedrine are ok as well. I checked on the last one not too long ago, I have really bad allergies and it is one of the ingrediants in some cold medicines.

I've recently started taking Revolution Abdominal cuts which was recommended by the guy at GNC along with a water pill and vitamins. It's too early to notice a difference yet though.

Lipo 6 or Lipo 6X
Hi,
i use Lipo 6x and I find it works pretty well. This is just my first week and i noticed a teeny weeny difference. Another thing too, it doesn't give you the woozy feeling or anything like that, and it keeps the energy levels up.
Lipo 6 is the "softer" version, but I find it still kicks major butt.

the original lipo-6 has guggulsterones which I generally dont reccomend for anyone. That being said, some people actually respond well to progestins and even anti-androgens (of which guggulsterones are both)
