Muscle Conflict

I just started working out chest and triceps together and back and biceps together i have heard this is a bad idea and a good idea. Post your experience using this technique and if it worked for you or not.

I did fine with it. Some say that it took away from their bicep/tricep workout to work back/chest first. I found it was a good warmup and a natural place to put each. Plus you avoid basically working the arms twice to a degree.
All personal preference really. Neither way is wrong.
