yep...looks like our results are similar....I'm about 3weeks into this....I'm about 1" shorter than you but I have no idea what my BF% is....my pants are definitely falling off......I had to put an extra hole in my belt ( no kidding )....about 164lbs now, lifts not falling, but actaully increasing, especially in my legs and back....a good nutrition plan helps alot too!!

How bad is the loss of appetite on the EC stack because even why I cut I have to consume alot of calories- (~4000). Basically I eat the same and just add in cardio and it works.

It's a severe loss of appetite. I would get nauseous if I ate over 300 calories at a time. So it's probably not for you.

Ah that explains why I've been feeling nauscious and dry heaving this past week. I thought I was getting allergic to my whey lol.

at a 25mg dose of ECA i can still eat a whole damn cow...so i guess the appetite loss doesn't effect everyone

For those that have ordered from sndonline; How long does it usually take to recieve a conformation email on your purchase... if they even send one at all?

This was my first time using them since I can no longer get my E from the same place I have in the past w/o sending in personal information, etc... I placed an order yesterday but still haven't recieved a conformation email, just wondering if this is common for them.

anyways, last night i think i almost died during sex. i must have had my heartrate near max for about 15-20 min. i was dripping in sweat profusely the whole time. i had to stop early because i started to black out and get dizzy. so i guess i learned my lesson on how serious this stuff can affect you.

ive been playing it smart at the gym keeping my heartrate between 130-140 and its worked really well. guess i was just an idiot last night. it took a couple hours before i felt normal again too.

oh well, just a heads up to anyone taking this stuff. just something to think about.

It should be late enough that your last dose wore off, or maybe do 2 doses.

I never had any issues with this lol.

Hasn't happened to me and i'm on day 7.. Great thread btw I feel good on it but no appetite supression so far for me

My loss of appetite was pretty good......... I was doing 3x a day on my last week before taking a break. But I never felt like I was going to get sick. I get about 2500 cal a day. I think it just varies from person to person.

I will say that I could feel a loss of sensitivity if you understand what I'm talking about. The wife wasnt too happy bout it......lol Thats with I'm taking a week break after 3 weeks instead of going the full 6.

This happend to me too........ just the sweat. Right then I knew it was time to take a break.

A nitric oxide supplement might help counteract the vasoconstriction. Or take a day off the EC, or drop to 1-2 doses on days you want to have sex.

I placed an order for E on yesterday (3-13) afternoon and recieved a confirmation email that my ordered had been shipped today (3-14). It also included a shipping tracking number.

It's stronger but with that comes more risk. I in general don't suggest it. Read up on yohimbe if you are thinking about this.

Wait a minute. Is yohimbe the same thing as topical Yohimburn ES? I'm currently using the topical spray on some chest fat. Now I am worried.

Topical yohimbe only acts on subcutaneous tissue. You are fine.
