Is a four hour workout overtraining?
I just got a new job as a package handler at Fed Ex. This job has me lifting packages for four hours straight with no break time. Its a good workout but i think four ours of lifting packages is going to eat away the muscle ive gained lifting. Is there any way i can still go to the gym and not overtrain or is this new job going to be enough for me to build muscle? I work Monday through Friday work from 7pm to 11pm.

Think about your position for a second. Being 6" at 165 lbs. isn't at the point where you have to worry to much about "eating away the muscle ive built" because you really don't have much muscle to eat. As long as your not lifting alternators, your body will adapt to the stress and you will be fine. You walk more than 4 hrs. a day, do you worry much about leg gains?

Physical Demanding Job
A 4-hour workout 5 days a week would definitely be over training. But physical work is not the same as a muscle-building workout. When you first start it will be hard for you to gain muscle at first, but after a few months. You will plateau your body will adjust to the extra physical exertion from work. At that point you can push your muscle-building workout to see new gains.
The key points to remember are
1. Do not workout right after you get off from work, refuel your body and rest befor you hit the weights.
2. You may want to look at lifting at the end if the week, that way you have weekend to rest and rebuild.
3. Sleep, Sleep Sleep.

also remember to work other muscle groups
maybe calves, hamstrings, other body parts not highly used throughout the day
biceps or a good tricep burn
doesnt have to be major muscle groups, isolate

why would you spend nearly 30% of you waking hours under intense physical activity. Use a little common sense.
