Is it possible??
two quick question
1) is it possible to gain muscle while eating less then matinence calories
example matinence=3000 so eating 2500 can you gain any muscle?
2) is it posssibe to not gain fat while eating more matinence amount of calories
ex.) matinenece 3000 so like eating 4000 calories can you get bigger without any fat?

If you eat 1,000 above maintenance, and your getting the proper amount of sleep and exercise, you will most likely gain muscle, and some fat.
If you are eating 500 calories below maintenance, I think you will find it extremely hard to gain any muscle.
These questions are hard to answer without knowing your body composition, and metabolism speed... everyone is different. It takes a lot of experimenting to get your diet "just right".

1. no, cant gain muscle with 500 calorie deficit
2. no, 1000 over maintenance you will likely gain a little fat.

i am not gunna go searching for articles....but they are out there.
think about it, there is no denying you cant gain weight without an excess of calories, and muscle weighs more than fat so in gaining muscle you would be gaining weight.
it may be more possible if you have A LOT of excess body fat but if you are under say...10% you wont be able to do both at once.

what is going on when your eating less calories then matinence and you get stronger.......what I think is the protein from the slow-twich go to the fast-twitch to reapair it leaving your muscle aound the same size but bigger fast-twitch fibers so therfor stronger.

Say you're 5' tall and 300lbs. with 30% body fat. In other words, your a pretty fat bastard. OK... now with this roly-poly body composition, you could probably eat a calorie deficit and still build muscle. This is because your body is still getting the required fuel by eating your own blubber. However if you are a pretty fit & slim guy, then you will find it to be very difficult to build muscle when eating a calorie deficit... this is because your body is making up for those calories by eating your own muscles. Catch my drift.

I would more or less agree with that. I think somebody who has never worked out and then starts into a proper program can add muscle as they loose fat for a little while. However, once you have been working our for a long time and are in decent shape it is nearly impossible to add muscle and loose fat at the same time. I remember reading a Mike Mentzer article where he experimented on himself on this matter. He went on a calorie restricted diet while taking no steroids to see if he could gain muscle while under maintenance calories and clean - he did not, he lost some muscle as he lost weight. He then followed the same program except he took steroids and he did indeed gain muscle. So, there is one answer, though I would not recommend it, but it is a good example of how a trained body responds.

Yes, its possible.
If you are 400 pounds with 30% bodyfat, you can eat under your maintenance and still gain muscle. If your diet is high protein.
