I'm pretty average 6'2 188lbs doc said been sick for over 4 weeks. My max bench is 175lbs max squat 245lbs but we go ATG and I got really tight hamstrings doc said sympton of hyper growth pain syndrome where my bone grew before my muscles.
I can rep 225lbs dead lift 10 reps few weeks ago. My max power clean is 190lbs.

im 15
bench (i dont barbell bench but when i tried it a few months ago i got 185x1, pretty sure its gone up since then), but dumb bells i do 75's for 5x5
squat, i havent squatted in the past 4 weeks cuz i messed up my knee but i was doing 225 5x5 atg (or as close as i could get to it anyway)
dead i do 315 5x5, 1RM is estimated to be 355, i never actually tried it
not really impressive at all but its something

I've been going at it for almost two weeks now with dedication and so far, I've been able to perform:
Bench Press: 225lbs (determined this after four sets of bench pressing, which resulted in myself pushing off the barbell with a total of 225 pounds for only one rep - looking to improve this before April or so)
Military Press: 135lbs (after four gradual sets - I believe I can do more than this, though)
Squat: I'll admit... I haven't done legs in quite a while, and shame on me for overlooking this one aspect. I'll have to check up with this tomorrow, if given the chance.
The Rest: Same as above
Above all, I'm looking to improve this before April arrives, and gradually increase hypertrophy in the following months.

i can get 225 8-10 times on squats on a good day
i weigh 170 lbs.
i have a couple friends who are born beasts and much stronger than me without working out like i do, so i try to keep up.
