A Question on Recovery Supplements

I have been doing some reading and research on post workout supplements, specificly the intake of carbs. I am curious about anyone?s use of and comments on Dymatize?s Powertech, as well as other products like this in general. I am searching the boards and articles for info so if you know of any good links to them let me know. Thanks for any input. Be well and safe. ~!~

Skip it, its creatine glutamine, zma and some other stuff.

Edit - Also has 36g dextrose/malto combo. if you really want that buy it bulk for cheaper and mix it with your PWO shake. Also it doesnt quite make sense it says in a 1.5g serving there is 10g of creatine alone... which seems like an imposibilty
