No-Xplode = No-difference
I know there are countless threads about BSN's No Xplode, but I thought I'd share my experience.
Well I decided to give it a try just for the hell of it, heard some good things about it, heard some bad things about it but I figured what the hell...
Anyways I took it for the first time last week. I just used 1 scoop to start, since I figured my tolerance was low, as I really dont have any other caffeine intakes. It didnt seem to do much, it did make my muscles feel alittle tighter, maybe,..maybe I even looked alittle bigger...but def nothing much.
Took it 3 times since then, today I used a scoop and a half and again....I really didnt feel any difference. In fact, this might not make any sense, but soon after I drank it, I seriously felt tired and drained. I had a decent workout, but the whole time I just felt, tired/alittle drained or something, hard to explain. I dont know.....overall pretty disapointed.
Anyone else care to share their similiar or different experiences?

I'm a first time user with n.o. xplode as well. i started out with 2 scoops to assess my tolerance and it gets me pretty amped up. i also have more reps and better gains. But i get the same side affects like getting tired and worn out. but it can also be from a long strenous workout.

same exact thing happened to me with sp250.. first workout i took 1 scoop and noticed a good amount of energy from it, not much of a pump, 3 days later i took 2 scoops, nothing happened.... a week later i took 2 and a half scoops. and it made me crash... i felt horrible, tired, drained and weak... had no endurance or energy at all.
The same thing a while back happened to me when I drank a redbull (back when i NEVER drank or ate ANYTHING with caffiene) I asked my doctor why this would happen, why would caffiene make my blood pressure plumit, make me break out into a cold sweat with cold hands and feet, this is the exact opposite of what caffiene usually does.. my doctor told me that thats just how some people respond...
I don't even drink coffe anymore, because it does absolutely nothing at all. by the time i drink enough coffe to feel anything, its like almost a overdose and I crash.

I've heard a few people talk about not feeling or seeing any difference, but I'm not in that camp. I love the stuff. I feel super energized, have a ton of energy, and feel more pumped when I'm done. I can't imagine not feeling anything from the stuff, but I guess if effects some people differently. Maybe you cold try blackpowder or some other product.

The first tub worked well for me a year ago. I stopped responding to it on the second tub. The only thing that I like about it now is the fruit punch taste.
I have since switched to.....wait for it.............White Flood..........................

I guess my question is what were your expectations?
I think if you went into it expecting that NO-Xplode would somehow live up to the claims on the label then you were setting yourself up for disappointment.
I have tried most of the pre-workout "energizer" products out there and some are more effective than others in terms of the 'pump' they offer or the 'energy' they provide but most seem to be about the same in my opinion. They offer a pretty quick influx of caffeine for energy and some lesser benefits of increased vasularity and/or muscle hardness.
Again, this is just my opinion but none are the magic bullet they would have you believe.

Scoop and 1/2?
It says to use up to 3 if 1 doesn't do it for you.
2 does it for me. I like the stuff.
Tips:
use on an empty stomach
if you normally drink a lot of caffeine your sensitivity will be down if you don't drink the normal amount.

first of all, your 200+lbs, i would try using at least 2+scoops, and did you drink the no xplode then just sit at the computer or watch tv? drink a bunch of caffeine then just sit around and tell me it doesnt make you tired and lazy...You gotta drink it, get in the gym and get your blood flowing, and take it on an empty stomach so it gets into your system faster.

NO products = waste of money
Next time go spend you money on some steak and oatmeal because that will do a hell of a lot more than no-xplode ever will.

Tried NO Xplode, didnt really feel anything other than some energy then switched to SuperPump 250. A lot of peeps saying SP250 makes them dump... not here. I just make sure I eat something with it. A little snack or anything. I do one scoop on non training days so I get use to it and 2 scoops 35 mins before workout. Always gave me a good pump and more endurance. I always thought BSN's were overpriced. If you can afford it, go for it. Otherwise, look for something else. I found mine with SP250. I'm not endorsing it, and im not saying it for everyone, it just works best for my pre-workout needs. I suggest after your NO tub, try sp250 and see which one you like best. Good luck.

I tried the 1 and 1/2 did nothing tried 3 scoops for two weeks did nothing. What I did find out is if you are using a thermogenic fat burner along with this product they cancel each other out as they do opposite things to your cells. One expands and the other contracts. Im no expert but this is what research found out for me. Im going to try it again after I improve my body fat %

ha ppl gotta learn that MT and BSN will never live up to the hype they put on the cover. IMO take protein shakes and then eat a tremendous amount of protein, carbs, and calories. Then go to the gym and bust ur ass.
After that if u plateau and u feel the need. PH's....only if ur old enuff of course
