On my first tub of PW, and so far, I'm very happy with it.

As far as 10/10 for taste? I can't go there. I think it tastes horrible. And my purchase was recent, so I would assume I have the "new and improved" version.

But what the hell, it is what it is. It performs, so I will chunk it down with a smile (or at least a grimace). Sometimes the ingredient is a lousy flavor, as I have heard is the case with BCAA's. To change the flavor means you add junk to it and lose it's character. I don't want a bunch of sugar and carbs in my supps.

I am not a fan of grape things either, but I mix it with GM and it tastes great

PW Arrived

The Purple Wraath arrived quickly from bb dot com. Used it last night for the first time. The tingling was cool.

Been doing the 12 week transformation video with bb.com, http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/12wktrans04.htm#video, and they have been suggesting BCAA's b4 workout and after, as well as morning and night. I have taken the Max Muscle Extreme to cover my BCAA's am, pre, post, and pm.

Questions:
1. Since I now have PW, do I still need to take a separate BCAA post workout and in the morning and afternoon? Or, does my 2 scoops cover it all?

2. Do I still take my Nitric Oxide Stimulator or is PW a replacement?

3. Still doing creatine pre and post, and glutamine.

Thanks for your help.

1. Purple Wraath is EAA (which contains BCAA) but most people prefer to add bulk to it.
2. NO != EAA's. Mix both of them together if you want. As far as I'm concerned, I think NO is a waste of money but do you.
3. Glutamine. Ok... Now why?

glad to hear you got it

1) cant hurt to add more, but its not needed. take pw 15 minutes pre and during the workout.

2) yes, take an NO product like white flood as they are different

3) ditch the glutamine, creatine is good at about 3-5 grams per day

Purts - your question on Glutamine - it is suggested in the 12 week program, and after investigating with a couple of people 'in the biz' they suggested I follow the program. No, it doesn't mean I would jump off a cliff if they did! After your response and the response from CL - I am going to do more research. Thanks for the reply.

thanks very much for the compliments, we try to have a presence on the boards for as much time per day as possible.

just start sipping on the pw 15 minutes before and finish the bulk of it up during the workout (no need to break it up as a serving pre and a serving during)
