if you aren't getting towards your goal without supplements, you won't get much closer with them.
You need to make a change with your diet/training first.
are you male or female?

try napalm on your abs before an ab day or before cardio. This will be a waste of money if diet and routine are not in check. Supps arent replacements for poor diets to make them better, gotta have everything else straight before you see any results

cardio is key!! if you do cardio you might want to increase to an extra day of cardio. If you read anything about gaining a 6 pack it will tell you that you need to do a lot of cardio.

Napalm is definitely worth it.
Apply once after your morning shower, and again 10-12 hours later.

When you say you workout every day, are you working your abs every day? First off, you do not want to weight train every day and definitely do not want to hit abs more than twice a week; they need time to recover. As everyone else has mentioned, diet is #1 followed by good cardio program. Sounds like you should bump up the cardio and take 2 days(spread out) off the weights per week(can do cardio on these days). I will say that my abs developed a lot more when I started hitting more compound lifts (Squats, deadlifts, military press etc..works them indirectly) and isolating my abs less but that is me.
