I've been working out seriously for about a year now and I've gained a pretty good amount of muscle everywhere. However, my arms really haven't progressed and i was wonderin if someone can give me some tips. thnx.
And don't tell me to eat; I'm heavier than my profile weight says.

Squat,Military press,Bench press, Barbell row, And or deadlift,
make these lifts you're life, you'l put on mass all over you're body.

People will tell you to shut up and squat or just do compounds or stuff like that. People in general go to one extreme or the other...they will either be bench and curl people or will say shut up and squat everyday. In my opinion you have to find the right compromise. Many respected members such as bladen have said that isolation movements for bicep and tricep growth are a must.

im sure you wont "accidently" get really big, just eat till ur happy with the way your body looks (or your arms, or w/e) and then u can cut if u think you've gained too much fat
